In the spring of 2023 Nicole helped me find my new home. My timeframe for buying was compressed, and there were some tricky parameters surrounding my pending divorce. She would regularly identify houses and get me into see them the moment they were available for showing, collect my feedback, and further refine the search. In the process, she saved me from settling on houses that I didn’t love (even though I would have been easy to convince to buy), and when the home I did love came on the market, she found it within minutes, showed it to me within hours, and skillfully and successfully navigated the negotiations, inspections and closing processes for me.
